If you know me you know I love to BRUNCH, mostly on the weekends but I’m not opposed to doing it on the weekday too, ha! My cousin took me to this cute little spot uptown on 214th and Broadway, also known as “The Heights” where we decided to settle in, get some drinks and see what the menu had to offer.
We got 2 rolls as appetizers because we all know I can eat. Shrimp Tempura roll and a avocado and Salmon roll…
For the main dish I got a Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box which consist of Chicken Teriyaki (obviously) rice, California roll, mixed greens salad and Pork Gyoza’s with some kind of mango sauce on top.
It was basically to die for, and it wasn’t too heavy so I had room for dessert *giggles*. I think the salad was a nice touch, along with the mango sauce (I later found out Hashi is Japanese/Hawaiian fusion food, makes sense) I’ll definitely be back with some friends.
