So the other day one of my male friends asked me why do girls carry so much crap in their bags, simple: “they’re all necessities we need on a daily basis”. So I figured I’ll dissect my bag and explain why I might need all of this “crap”..
-First of all is my wallet, can’t go anywhere without that. It holds my ID,money, credit cards, metrocards and the occasional newspaper horoscope clipping. (only when its a good day)

-Mascara and blush is all you really need, especially in this heat, so keep it simple. SAY NO TO CAKE FACE. (NARS Orgasm Blush is my fave blush in life, thnx Emily for putting me on)

-Chapstick, yea I totally carry around 3 different kinds of chapstick. Sometimes my lips call for a different brand of smooth. (Just making up some excuse as to why I have 3 lol)

-Sunglasses, usually I carry around 2 different pairs. Lighter ones for during the day and a darker pair for night time stunting (yea right) or early morning diner visits after a long party or one of the many long nights I have with my friends.

-Lighters, yea I don’t smoke but I like being prepared “Hey do you have a lighter?” “Why yes I do” BOOM instant awesome girl with the lighter.

-Lotion, don’t be the ashy larry of the group. Carry around some for all the brick punchers out there with ashy knuckles.

-Contact case, well technically I’m almost blind so I wear clear contacts and what cuter way then a pink case to support breast cancer.

-Simple jewelry, just got this cute ring from Topshop and YSL heart cutout bracelet as a birthday gift last year. Loves.

-Memory stick, it’s basically my portfolio pics and resume. Always good to be prepared.

-Last but not least my iphone that I’m currently obsessed with and is totally my life line. The other phone is my new Windows 7 phone that I got gifted to test run, more on that soon in a following post.

This is just a light load, I’ve been known to carry a spare change of shoes on occasion (Ask Marcus and B lol)
