So if you’re like everyone else that loves new social media sites you’re definitely going to love Pinterest! Its like a cleaner version of Tumblr without all the nudity (nothing wrong with that ha!) and a billion of the same hipster-esque pictures. You can also organize the pictures you “re-pin” into “boards (organization turns me on).
Check out my boards!
PHOTOSHOOT | California Lovin’
Had the pleasure of shooting with Danny Williams from TopshelfJunior while I was out in LA recently. Might be 1 of my top 5 favorite shoots, and no it’s not because it was on a beautiful private beach while the sun was setting and it was warm enough to wear a underboob exposing top , nope, it was because I love good souls and Danny is one of them. It was our first time meeting him but we just clicked and that kind of energy just transcends in the pictures. Wish I could put all of them up but here are some of the ones I really loved…
PHOTOSHOOT | HighSnobette
So while I was in Vegas for PROJECT I got to do a mini shoot with HighSnobette again. Love all the pieces they used, especially the Publish cargo pants! Here are some of my favoirte shots (all are unedited don’t mind the ickyness lol
FOOD | Lotus of Siam Vegas
I don’t think I can praise how amazing this food was! I’m a huge fan of Thai food, but this spot put all the other places to shame! Majority of the time my mouth was burning up from how spicy everything was so having 5 cups nearby is a good idea if you aren’t use to that much spice. The wait was about 45 mins even though the place looked fairly empty other than the few diners and Andrew Zimmern from Bizzare Foods and his camera crew ( a good indication the spot is bombbbb). From outside the restaurant looks like a whole in the wall, but like most underrated amazing places this is a good indication the food is going to be good! It was a bunch of us so we got about 8 different plates of family style servings of food, honestly I can’t start to explain how good everything was! and don’t get me started on the fried banana and coconut rice ice cream we had for dessert. It’s definitely in my top 5 food destinations that everyone should try..
PROJECT VEGAS | Day 3
Last day! Definitely not enough time, this is what I get for being late! After a long night out (and a 3 hour difference) I was exhausted the next morning but I definitely wanted to go see more of my favorite brands including PROJECT Wooster by Nick Wooster, the ex-Men’s Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus Group Services and current Fashion Advisor at Gilt Group (See last post with camo couch). I even got to do a mini shoot for HighSnobette again where they styled me with my favorite Publish Brand floral cargo pants and artist-designed top and jacket by Emerald Couture and bangles by Sweet Evie. So in other words the outfit was killlerrrrrrr, can’t wait to get the rest of the shots! Sneak peak…
